Official Rules for Santa’s Surprise Giveaway
1. Contest Sponsor:
This giveaway (“Santa’s Surprise Giveaway”) is sponsored by Waldor Orchids Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 10 E. Poplar Ave. Linwood, NJ 08221 .
2. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and reside in locations where such contests are legally permissible. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Waldor Orchids Inc. are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period:
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on December 16, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 22, 2024 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must place an order on www.waldor.com during the Contest Period. Each qualifying order equals one (1) entry into the giveaway. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize and Odds:
One (1) winner will receive a $25 e-gift card valid for use on www.waldor.com. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitutions or exchanges are allowed.
6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected via random drawing conducted by the Waldor Orchids on December 23, 2024. The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification, an alternate winner will be chosen.
7. Disqualification:
If an order is canceled, the corresponding entry becomes null and void. Any attempts to manipulate or circumvent the contest rules will result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
8. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect the fairness or integrity of the contest. Decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.
9. Liability Release:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Waldor Orchids Inc., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
10. Privacy:
Participant information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering this contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill prize delivery.
11. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New Jesery. Any disputes arising from the contest shall be resolved in the courts of Atlantic County, New Jersey.
12. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.
