Orchid Nerd is the house brand of Waldor Orchids, one of America's longest-running orchid nurseries. Our potting mixes, fertilizers, and growing supplies were first formulated by George A. Off of Waldor Orchids. The same blends behind our award-winning Cattleyas, grown and shown for decades.
Every product in the Orchid Nerd line is used daily in our Linwood, New Jersey greenhouse. We test each one on the same orchids we grow and sell. If it does not meet our standards, it does not make it onto our shelves. That is the difference experience, daily use, and generations of orchid growing make.
