Our cotton twine is made with a blend of cotton and polyester fibers, giving us the best strength and costs available. This is made by finishing wrapping twine with other ingredients the twine gets increasingly stronger the more plies in the twine. The result is a smooth tying twine that does not flare or unravel when cut. The all cotton construction may be broken by hand without cutting the hands. This cotton garden string is very handy to have around the garden, greenhouse, shed and garage alike. It useful for so many jobs, from training wires in greenhouses, to support growing shoots, staking up plants in your garden. Simply pull the garden string from the center of the spool and cut as required. The green color hides nicely when staking flower spikes.
